Kraków, Poland. September 2, 2017. Russia stays unbeaten record after cruising to a 3-0 (25-14, 25-17, 25-17) victory over Belgium and ready to Finals of the LOTTO EUROVOLLEY POLAND 2017 at Tauron Arena in Krakow. Russia in three sets to secure their win which has now placed them in a relatively untouchable position in this year’s European Championship; giving them a huge amount of momentum heading into the finals. The defending champions Russia usual clinical play seemed to desert them against Belgium, as Belgium failed to finish their build-up play with the tries they deserved. And Russia nearly paid the price as they put Belgium under real pressure in the game. Maxim Mikhailov (13 points) made a significant contribution to the scoring as his spikes to give Belgium some much needed momentum within the match.

Final match will be scheduled to play with Germany on September 3 at 20:30 local time.
