Krasnoyarsk, Enisey. November 11, 2017. Enisey Krasnoyarsk coach left speechless after lost the re-match over Maritza Plovdiv 2-3 (25-20, 25-19, 22-25, 25-27, 12-15) and Golden Set 11-15 in Saturday’s 3rd Round home match in Krasnoyarsk. In truth, Enisey lacked protection and failed to break down a stubborn Plovdiv backline, where even the club of Enisey with national team players were also in attendance. Enisey didn’t show more creativity to profit from their home advantage, they will not reach next year’s Champions League.

Natalia Malykh became the top scorer in the match to save 17 points, followed Iana Manzyuk and Ekaterina Efimova also rasping their effort with 15 points on hands.

Alexander Koshkin, head coach of Enisei KRANOYARSK: “It is difficult to lose. It is always the coach’s fault. We did our best but did not win.”
