Kedzierzyn Kozle, Poland. March 22, 2017. Belogorie Belgorod rally to a 3-1 victory over Zaksa Kedzierzyn Kozle and move on to Playoff 6 with a score 3-1 (25-22, 20-25, 26-24, 25-21) in the playoff 12 of the 2017 CEV Men’s Champions League at Azoty Kedzierzyn Kozle. 218cm giant “Lions” Dmitriy Muserskiy once again became the top scorer with 13 points, following his teammates Maxim Zhigalov, Ian Iereshchenko and Dmytro Teryomenko scored 11 and 10 points, respectively. On Poles Sam Deroo grabbed another 18 points for his team in the re-match at home.

Alexander Kosarev, head coach of Belogorie BELGOROD: “It was a real Volleyball party and it took a lot of effort from my team to win this match; however we showed our class and as I had said before this match, we were not afraid of Zaksa and of their strength.”
